Indian assistance was sought for (a) establishing a National Centre for Research in Animal Diseases (Pandemics) in Mongolia; (b) acclimatization of high-yielding and fast-ripening varieties of crops/plants suitable for the Mongolian climatic conditions; (c) water harvesting and construction of dams; (d) biotechnology; and (e) development of the Mongolian dairy sector.

(ख) मंगोलियाई जलवायु स्थितियों के लिए उपयुक्त फसलों/पौधों का उच्च उत्पादन एवं शीघ्र पकने वाली किस्मों के लिए उपयुक्त स्थितियां उपलब्ध कराना; (ग) जल संरक्षण तथा बांधों का निर्माण; (घ) जैव-प्रौद्योगिकी; और (ङ) मंगोलियाई डेयरी सेक्टर का विकास।

21. We should continue our cooperation and share best practices and advance collaboration in tele-medicine and health care access, clean technologies and biotechnology, urban planning including water and air management, agriculture and food security, R&D and S&T, remote sensing and space cooperation, governance and anti corruption mechanisms for efficient delivery of citizen services.

22. The Leaders stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation in the areas of science and technology and directedthatthe Programme of Cooperation be finalized at the earliest and to develop a road map for concrete collaboration in the agreed areas of cooperation, such as biotechnology, marine, agriculture, information and communication technology, health and medicine, energy, disaster management, aeronautics and space technology.

दोनों देताओं ने विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी क्षेत्र में सहयोग सुदृढ़ करने के महत्व पर जोर दिया तथा निर्देश दिया कि सहयोग कार्यक्रम को जल्दी से जल्दी अंतिम रूप दिया जाए और सहयोग के सहमत क्षेत्रों, जैसे कि जैव प्रौद्योगिकी, समुद्र, कृषि, सूचना एवं संचार प्रौद्योगिकी, स्वास्थ्य एवं दवा, ऊर्जा, आपदा प्रबंधन, वैमानिकी एवं अंतरिक्ष प्रौद्योगिकी में ठोस सहयोग के लिए रोडमैप विकसित किया जाए।
